Dear Guusje, My deepest apology for the issue, we noramly do not send out burned food. We pride ourselves for that but it seems to have happened, I would like to apologize for this inexcusable issue. If you have ordered with Deliveroo, sadly they had so many issues in the last 2 weeks by coming way too late for the pick up. At that point we keep the food warm by putting it on a less warm tepanyaki. it could be that it was way too long and it was sent out to you like due to this issue. If you have taken out the food direct from the restaurant then there is no excuse for what you have got and for sure it is a mistake we deeply apologies for. Please contact me on 0478 548 141 and I will arrange a new meal for you that is cooked to perfection free of charge and with free extras. Please forgive us we are humans after all and we try our best. We learn constantly and try to improve but mistakes sometimes do happen and we take responsibility to fix them.
